Step-by-step guide
This guide will show you how to create a Customer for Timesheets.
Overview
The Timesheet Customer is most easily thought of as the end recipient of the project. This could be an internal department or perhaps an external organisation.
The Customer will be selectable in the timesheet entry for a project.
Note: The use of Timesheet Customer is optional and may or may not be available as it is enabled/disabled at a system level. |
To create a Customer
- Go to the following area:
• Latest menu: Timesheets >Timesheets Configuration > Timesheet Customer
• Pre 2025 menu: System > Timesheets > Timesheet Customer - This summary screen will display any existing customers
- Click Insert New Record
- Enter a Code and a Description and click Update
Note: Ceased Date can be used to disable use of that Timesheet Customer. |
