Learning Library
The Learning Library is accessed through Learning > Learning Library.
The Learning Library is where you can access all the learning activities and programmes in the site. The only exclusions are learning activities and programmes that are restricted to only be viewed by selected groups of users.
You can set the display style of the learning activities and programmes to show as thumbnails or a list. The learning activities and programmes can be displayed in different order through the Sort by options: which can either be by:
| Relevance |
This is associated with the Search. After a search term is entered,
|
| Alphabetically (A-Z or Z-A) | Ascending or descending alphabetical order based on the learning activity or programme name |
| Rating | In descending order based on the Star Rating added by users completing the item. The learning activities and programmes with 5 stars will show highest in the list |
| Date Added | Based on the date the learning activity or programme was created. The latest created items will show highest in the list. |
Each learning activity or programme displays:
- Activity name
- Rating (stars)
- Category
- Type of activity or programme
- Status (ie In Progress, Not Started, Completed or Passed) and associated visual status bar
