Answer
If a letter is missing from the Communication option it's likely due to user role permissions or the letter template properties.
How to fix it
User Role Check:
- Go to System Configuration > Role Management > Click into user role effected > “Letters” tile
- Ensure the role has been given access to the letter by selecting the “Accessible” option:

Once selected, click Review Changes
Letter configuration check
- Go to Employee Communications > Letter Library & Distribution > Click into the Letter effected > “Edit Properties” tile
1 – Ensure the “Enable” slider has been selected – this determines if the letter is in use or not:
2 – Ensure the “Page” has been selected where the Communication button should appear
