This guide explains what to do if access is lost to a Ciphr LMS preview site. It's intended for preview site users and administrators.

Request a password reset from your preview site admin
Only a preview site admin can reset passwords for the preview site.
- Contact your organisation's preview site admin and ask them to reset your password
- If you are the preview site admin
- log in to the preview site and go to Admin > Manage Users > Manage Users
- Enter a New Password
- Repeat this in Confirm New Password
- Click Save
| Important: Ciphr support cannot reset preview site passwords directly. Only your preview site admin can perform this action. |
Contact Ciphr support if no admin access is available
If no one in your organisation has admin access to the preview site, further action is required.
- Confirm with your team whether anyone has admin access to the preview site
- If no admin can be identified or reached, contact Ciphr support with details of your organisation and the affected users
Ciphr support will review your case and advise on next steps to restore access.
