Steps to follow
Request new admin portal user access
Admin Portal user creation is managed by Ciphr Support and requires approval from your organisation's Primary Account Holder.
- Ask your organisation's Primary Account Holder or another authorised senior contact to submit a written request to Ciphr Support.
- The request must include the new user's full name, work email address, and the required access level (for example, 'same as an existing admin').
- The Primary Account Holder can submit the request by replying to an existing support ticket or raising a new one with Ciphr Support.
- Ciphr Support will verify the request and, once approved, create the admin account.
| ⚠ Important: Only your organisation's Primary Account Holder or an authorised senior contact can request new Admin Portal user access. |
Activate the new admin user account
Once Ciphr Support has created the account, the new admin will receive instructions to activate their login.
- The new admin user will receive their login details and next steps directly from Ciphr Support, usually by email.
- If instructed, the new admin should contact Customer Care by phone, quoting their support ticket number and the security code provided in the email, to complete activation and set their password.
- Follow any additional instructions from Ciphr Support to complete the first login.
| Note: If the activation email is not received, check your spam or junk folder, or contact Ciphr Support for assistance. |
