BETA Release: 

Occupational Parental Pay: Cloud now supports occupational parental pay (OPP). Employers can configure OPP schemes to pay above the statutory minimum during maternity, paternity, adoption, and other parental absences, with full control over how occupational pay interacts with statutory entitlements.

Key capabilities included in this release:

• Whole-weeks calculation: occupational parental pay is calculated on a whole-weeks-only basis, aligned with statutory disbursement timing.

• Offset and cap controls: schemes can be configured to offset or cap occupational payments against the statutory amount at the entitlement level, including for non-full-week entitlements.

• Configurable daily rate divisor: the daily rate divisor (364 or 365) is configurable per scheme.

• Statutory pay dates: statutory pay lines now include payment dates on the payslip. 

All users:

Audit Log — Originating Request: The audit log event detail view now shows the originating request, making it easier to trace what triggered a payroll event.

Journal Configuration Copy: Journal configurations can now be duplicated via a copy button, reducing setup time when creating similar configurations.

Deduction Order Received Dates: Missing received date tags are now shown for payments where multiple deduction order entries have an empty received date.
