Journal export configuration - beta customers only

• You can now customise the column layout of your journal exports - define your own column names and order, map rules to multiple columns, and populate columns with fixed or dynamic values to match your finance system's requirements. This is currently available to beta customers only.

Year end

• P60s were missing for employees who were incorrectly marked as leavers and then reinstated during or after year end, and reopening month 12 did not regenerate them. This is now fixed.
