Payroll journal configuration

• You can now create multiple journal configurations per company - add as many as you need
• A new menu option is available to help you manage them: Company setup > Journal config
• Once you’ve added your configurations, journal reports will appear in the usual tab within the pay run, and in the Payroll section of Reports
• We’ve also introduced a much‑requested improvement: you can now export journals for a date range directly from the main Reports area. This combines multiple pay runs into a single file, making it faster and easier to work with
• If you had journal settings before, these have been automatically migrated. Your exports will continue to work as before, but you can now edit or create new configurations at any time

Multi‑factor authentication (MFA)

• To improve account security, users who currently log in with only a password will now be prompted to set up MFA. This will appear as a pop‑up at login, along with a persistent banner at the top of the screen as a daily reminder
• Setting up MFA is quick and simple - just select the link in the banner or pop‑up and follow the on‑screen steps
