This guide explains how to check and update your personal details, including your contact details, bank details, National insurance (NI) number and diversity information, date of birth (DOB) etc. You can also view overall employment details here such as continuous service and notice period.

Check personal details
- Go to Personal > Personal Details.
- Your details are shown across several tabs. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Fields shown in grey are read-only.

Click through the tabs to review your information:
- Details: your name and similar
- Equal Opportunities: diversity data
- Employment Details: summary and bank details
- Contact Details: your address and similar
- Other tabs may appear for bespoke fields
| ⚠ Important: Check every tab when making changes before you click Update to save, to make sure you've covered everything. Clicking update may send the updates for verification (depending on your security permissions) and you won't be able to make further changes until these are verified or cancelled (undo changes). |
- If you have unapproved updates pending, the Verification tab will show them. The History tab shows what stage the change is at in the approval process.
- Selecting Undo Changes wipes the updates and hides these tabs and you can make more changes as needed.
- Reset will clear any unsaved changes.

Note: If you have permission to view other records you can change the person in view using the dropdown to search.
