- Use the View data by dropdown at the top of any page
- Pick a different option from the dropdown to instantly update the dashboard
- Expand Filter Options to filter by gender, group, grade etc
- The Filters applied section updates to reflect your filters
- Click visuals (charts or tables) to update the rest of the dashboard automatically
- Dashboards show the latest data. Change the date or date range to view historical data
- Drill down for detailed data and use the Drill-through button to see the individual records behind a visual. Click Back to return
- Click a visual to access icons for filters, focus mode, and exporting data
- Focus mode: Zoom in on any visual for a clearer view. Click Back to report to return
- Export to CSV or Excel from the ellipses menu
- Use Export PDF to output the dashboard in view with applied filters
- Summary dashboard: Shows high-level organisational metrics like Headcount, Total Salary etc. Good for a snapshot of your workforce at a point in time
- Analysis dashboard: Focuses on a single KPI at a time with breakdowns, comparisons, and trends over time. Ideal for deep dives into specific metrics.
- Extract dashboard: A flexible, tabular view for building and exporting custom data tables. Tailor your dataset by rows, KPIs, and filters
- Year-on-Year view: Compare KPIs across periods for deeper insights
- Explorer dashboard: Build custom tabular views or extracts to answer specific questions. Perfect for multi-level views of key HR metrics
- Overview dashboard: Currently only on the Turnover dashboard and provides a focused snapshot of metrics which are ideal for tracking attrition trends at a glance, such as voluntary vs. involuntary leavers, and forecasting headcount
- Trends dashboard: Currently only on the Turnover dashboard, this visualises how turnover rates change over time. Helpful for spotting seasonal patterns, long-term shifts and provides forecasting to inform strategic workforce planning
