Suppliers can be set up in Ciphr HR enabling them to be selected when setting up a Course or Event.

Suppliers
- Go to the following area:
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Data Management > Code Tables
- Pre 2025 menu: System> System Administration > Code Tables
- From the Group choose Course and Event and then select the Suppliers table
- The screen will display all the existing codes
To Create a Supplier
- Click Insert New Record
- Enter the details of the Supplier
- The Normal Venue field represents the regular venue at which this supplier provides training. It is picked from the list which is populated by the Venues code table (Code Tables > Group - Course and Event > Venues)
- Click Update
