Venues can be set up in Ciphr HR enabling them to be selected when setting up a Course or Event.

Venues
- Go to the following area:
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Data Management > Code Tables
- Pre 2025 menu: System > System Administration > Code Tables
- From the Group choose Course and Event and then select the Venues table
- The screen will display all the existing codes
To Create a Venue
- Click Insert New Record
- Enter the Description as a minimum
- The other fields can be populated as required
- Click Update to save the venue
