To capture employee sentiment

• If Employee Sentiment has been enabled then upon logging into HR, users will be presented with the ability to click on a button indicating how they feel

To report on employee sentiment

• Go to the following area:
  • Latest (left-hand) menu: Reports > Specialist Reports > Employee Sentiment Dashboard
  • Pre-2025 (top) menu: Reports > Compliance Reporting > Employee Sentiment Dashboard

• The dashboard will display the respondents with the date of their last feedback and their sentiment and as time progresses and more sentiment is recorded the chart and overall sentiment statistics will provide an indication of overall employee feeling

Note: It's possible to create a subset of employee records and just view the sentiment for a specific group of employees if required.

• It is possible to use the filtering options on the column headings to view employees that meet specific criteria, eg by feedback rating
