Updating area codes in Payroll Accord

Area Codes are organisation-defined segments that can be assigned to employee records. They are typically used to support reporting and other business-specific requirements.

• You can create or update Area Codes in P > General Ledger > Settings > Co-Segment Definitions

• In Co Segment Type select Area Codes. You can edit the existing segments or click New to create additional ones.
• Once this section is updated you will be able to select the new Area Codes on the employees' records.
