Programmes overview

Programmes are accessed through Learning > Programmes. This opens the Learning Library page filtered to your programmes.

The Programmes page shows the Programmes which have been assigned to you based on your role in the organisation. They provide a curriculum of learning activities that need to be undertaken to enable you to progress in your role. You can be assigned Programmes.

Individual learning activities can be launched from Programmes.

View your Learning Plan

1. If you have access (dependant on user level security), select Learning > Learning Plan
2. The Learning Plan's name, current status, and a brief description (if provided) are displayed. Your overall progress through the plan is shown on the donut image – hovering this with your mouse shows how many activities you have ‘Completed’, ‘Started’ or are ‘Required’
   
   
   
   
3. Select on the arrow to the left of the training plan title to expand the view (and subsequently collapse the view). This shows you the Levels and Subjects in the plan
   
   
   
   

4. Each Level can contain multiple Subjects and each Subject can contain multiple activities. As well as the activity title, the following information and actions are available for each activity:
