Where multi entity is configured, it is selected when inserting a new employee's first Job and Pay record but updates to the entity for subsequent Job and Pay changes can be done via Bulk change.
How to fix it
Job and pay check
- Job, Pay & Reward > Job and Pay > click into the employee's current Job and Pay record
- On the Job Details tab, you will be able to see the Multi Entity field
Bulk change
To change the entity, navigate to Data Management > Bulk Change
- Click Select person subset and set the filters to select the relevant employee(s).
- Select the change > click Field > set the Field to Multi entity > select the relevant new entity in the Change to dropdown
- Processing options > you can choose to Edit current Job and Pay to overwrite the record (shown below) or Insert new Job and Pay to record a date and reason for change:
- Once you are happy with the selection made click Finish
- You see confirmation of the change(s) on the Bulk change report which can be exported to PDF if needed
- You can then navigate back to Job, Pay & Reward > Job and Pay > to view the updated Entity
