How do I view my payslip in the HR system?

Answer

Where you view your payslip and other pay-related documents depends on how your organisation has set this up. Follow the steps below to find your payslips.

Find payslips

1. Check the left-hand menu

MyPay button

If you see this button, click on it to sign straight into MyPay, then select the Payslips tab to view your current and previous payslips.

External links button

If MyPay isn't present, check if there is another button referring to External/Links (or equivalent as the button name is configured by your organisation).
Payslips may be linked in this menu if your organisation links out to separate payroll provider's portal. If you see a relevant link here, for example, named after your payroll provider, select it to view your payslips there.

2. Use the page search

If there are no links in the left hand menu, use the page search instead.

Click the search icon in the top left menu and type "document."

This will show you the page you need, either:

Payslip Documents

Along with the following (if applicable)
- P60 Documents
- P11D Documents

Personal Documents

This contains all employee documents but can be filtered to the Payslips category

Select the relevant page to view your payslips.
