Overview
The Event Planner displays, in a calendar format, all the diarised training events that have been created and provides a summary view of the information relating to each training event.

Event Planner
- Go to the following area:
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Performance & Development > Performance & Development Configuration >Event Planner
- Pre-2025 (top) menu: People Admin > Training & Events > Event Planner
- The screen will display the events that have been set up in a calendar format
Changing the event planner view
The event planner display can be changed in a variety of ways to suit what you need to find:
- Month – view a month at a time
- Week – view a week at a time
- Monthly Agenda – displays the events for the month but only the days that an event is running
- Daily Agenda – displays the events that are being run on that day
Changing the event planner dates
- Today – go to today’s date
- Move forward or backwards in weeks or months – dependent on the view
- Date selector – use the date selector to move to a specific day, month and year
Which events are displayed
- The dropdown list enables you to choose which events are shown in the planner
- And what information is displayed
Event Information
- Hovering over an event in the various views will display additional information relating to that event
Export to PDF
- The Export to PDF function will export whatever view of the planner is currently open
Event search
- Click on Event Search to open the list of events in order to search for a specific event as required
Event details
Click on the title of an event in the calendar to display the Details relating to that event, any Associated Qualifications and Related Events (other instances of the same course)
