2025-2 release (November 2025)
New features - 2FA in the candidate portal
- This release introduces 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) to the applicant portal
- This adds a layer of security where it will be mandatory for all candidates to setup 2FA through use of either SMS verification or using an Authenticator as follows:
- New candidates after successful registration
- Existing candidates after their next successful log in

Enhancements and fixes
Candidate portal: Applicants who have been anonymised or deleted for GDPR reasons will be automatically signed out of the portal and prevented from logging in again, unless they re-register (TECH-927)
Recruiter portal: Talent Search data can now be deleted via the Data Dashboard, alongside regular applicant data (TECH-797)
Optional Functionality
Vacancy Poster Integration (PTB-7567):
- Region dropdown is now immediately selectable on the Vacancy Poster API screen
- Country dropdown now automatically selects the correct country for locations other than the United Kingdom
2025-1 release (May 2025)
The release focused on defect fixes.
Recruiter Portal
- Job Questions: Answers now successfully moved to the Applicants Dashboard General Comments when moving a candidate to a different role (DEFECT-8543)
- Application Form: Special characters in a text field will no longer cause an XML Validation Error in the Recruiters Portal (DEFECT-8026
Optional Functionality
- Vacancy Poster Integration: Jobs sent to Vacancy Poster that contain links will no longer break the Vacancy Poster job html. The fix only applies to new Jobs that are published after the update (PROD-6267)
