2026-1 (July 2026)
Due for release week commencing 27 July 2026.
A bug-fix release addressing issues across the applicant portal, application forms, registration, two-factor authentication and general performance.
Fixes
- Applicant portal search:
- Fixed an issue where searching using multiple keywords returned duplicate results
- Vacancy attribute display names are now limited to 128 characters, fixing an issue where longer names could break the job search

- Application form:
- Candidates accessing a secondary application form via the emailed link, after already submitting it, are no longer moved back to "online new" status
- Edits saved by a recruiter via the edit application form data page now appear on the full application form view
- Candidate anonymisation: Anonymising or deleting a candidate now also removes their offer details, ensuring no personal data is left behind
- Document links: Links to uploaded documents inserted via variables now download the document as expected
- Generic form builder: Fixed an issue where date fields failed to save when the browser locale was not en-GB
- Performance: General improvements to loading speeds across iRecruit
- References: Applicants with multiple references no longer have those references duplicated
- Status change emails: Recruiters will now see agency recruiters in the selection lists in the update status, bulk status change, bulk status change - sent to vetting, and mail merge pages
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) verification page:
- Branding is now retained and no longer displays a raw resource key
- Error message no longer displays before the user has entered anything
- Vacancy list: If a page size of "all" is configured in the admin portal, the vacancy page no longer errors if no vacancies are found after filtering
