Step-by-step guide
You can use Statistic Reports to see data on employees' wage types.
Go to Reports > Statistics Reports > Statistics Reports New Report
Select Statistics and click OK
In the following screen you can add filters.
- Payments selection - add the date from and to, or tick the 'or for the last updated period' box
- Employees selection - select only certain employees / departments etc
- Additions/deductions selection - click Change to select the specific wage types
Once you have set your selections click Preview to see the result for your selections or click Export to generate the report.
To Export the Statistics report as a CSV file, choose Comma Delimited Format(*.txt) in the Save as type field then add .csv at the end of the File name before saving to your local drive.
