Managers: completing a staff member's skills analysis
If a staff member has asked you to complete a skills assessment for them, you'll get an email with a link. You can also access it directly.
- From the menu, select Team > Skills > Skills Analysis. A Skills Analysis List appears
- Click Start
- Evaluate your team member's performance for each question. Once you've completed the assessment, click Finish
- A warning message appears. Click OK.
Your staff member will get a notification that their skills analysis is complete.
| Note: You may be able to print your report by clicking Print (if configured). |

If a staff member has asked you to complete a skills assessment for them, you'll get an email with a link.
- Click Run Assessment in the email
- Evaluate your colleague's performance for each question
- Once you've completed the assessment, click Finish.
