You can download these reports in CSV or Excel format some are also available in PDF.
Go to Reports from the menu on the left. You will see three tabs: Year to date, Employee, and Payroll
- Year to Date
- Deduction orders applied
- Year to date BIK
- Year to date NI
- Year to date pensions
- Year to date statutory payments
- Year to date tax
- Employee
- Employee - shows all employees data from the employees' Details tab
- Employee pension - shows employee's pension setup, whether they are enrolled, the contribution setup etc
- Payroll
- Average Holiday Pay Report - AHP values and relevant earnings for all employees in a pay run
- Costings - Costings report
- Costings by department - Costings report grouped by department
- Costings by employee - Costings report grouped by employee
- Deductions by cost code - Deductions report grouped by cost code
- Deductions by department - Payment deductions report grouped by department
- Deductions by employee - Payment deductions report grouped by employee
- Gross to Net - shows employee's gross pay, deductions and the Final pay. You can filter this by dates or pay periods
- Payment deductions - shows employees' deductions including cost codes, Taxable, NICable and Pensionable flag. You can filter this by dates or pay periods
- Payment elements - shows employees' pay by elements, including cost codes, custom fields, Taxable, NICable and Pensionable flag. You can filter this by dates or pay periods
- Pension contributions - Report of all non zero pension contributions in a pay run
-Variance - Report to compare net and gross amounts against a previous pay period
Once you select a report, you can click on the filter button to untick columns that you don't want to see.
Click Apply filters. And if you would like to save this view for future, click Save report.
Type the report name and description and click Save configuration.
The saved report will be listed in the Reports screen, it can be edited or deleted if no longer is needed.
