Step-by-step guide

For each employee, you can download a P11 report that shows their gross pay, tax and NI paid with a breakdown for each week or month in one file.

You will find this within the employees details under the Reports tab.

You will be able to see the P11 for previous tax years as well. Once the tax year has completed, the P60 will also be available here.
