Payroll journals overview in Payroll Cloud

This guide gives an overview of how Payroll Cloud allows you to create payroll journals once you have completed your pay run. 

Within the pay run click on the Reports tab, then scroll down and click on Journal export. Click on the Configure journal shortcut to view configuration. An +Add configuration button will display if you need to set this up.

Currently you can download a csv payroll journal for:

• Xero
• Sage
• Configurable Blank journal export

Once set up, this will be used for all journals but can be configured again at the next pay run.
