Why does the Team Learning Progress widget only show limited statuses?

The Dashboard – Team Learning Progress widget shows a pie chart of completion progress for a team, but it only breaks results down into a small number of statuses. Where can more detailed status information be seen, such as Passed, Attended, Booked, Overdue or Approaching Renewal?

Answer

The Dashboard – Team Learning Progress widget is designed to give a high-level view. It displays a pie chart of the completion progress of assigned learning activities and programmes for a team, and its status breakdown cannot be changed or expanded from the dashboard itself.

If a team's training needs to be reviewed in more detail than the widget shows, use the reporting area instead.

1. From the menu, go to Reports > Reports
2. Select Activity Status List from the Report Type dropdown to see a summary of activity statuses and the number of users within each, or select Activity Results Detail for information about activities run in the site, with drilldown selections for more detail
3. Use the filters to narrow the report to the relevant team, structure or date range
4. Select Go to run the report, or Output to Excel to export the results
