New turnover dashboard
We've introduced a powerful new dashboard to help you better understand and manage employee turnover across your organisation.
Strategic insights
- Identify high turnover areas: Quickly spot departments, roles, or locations with elevated attrition rates and drill down into patterns such as tenure, age group, or manager
- Forecast future turnover: Leverage historical data to predict upcoming attrition risks and support proactive workforce planning
Operational insights
- Voluntary vs. involuntary turnover: Monitor resignation trends versus terminations to inform policy and training decisions (linked to Leaving Reason Category)
- Leaving reasons analysis: Visualise aggregated data to uncover common themes like compensation concerns or career development gaps
- Turnover by length of service: Identify early exits among new hires and refine onboarding or engagement strategies
Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DEI) insights
- Turnover by demographics: Analyse attrition by gender and age demographics, to support DEI initiatives and uncover potential bias
- Manager-level insights: Compare turnover rates across managers to highlight leadership development opportunities or address management challenges
