Complete the return to work form
- Go to Holidays & Absence > Book & View Time Off
- The screen will display a summary view of the absences for the selected employee
- You can change the employee in view by selecting from the dropdown list in the top right corner
- Select the absence from the list, or click Insert New Record and record the absence in the usual manner
- Select the Return to Work tab and record your notes from the return to work conversation
- Enter the Return to Work Interview Date
- Click Update to save
|
Note: If you can’t see the Return to Work tab, your organisation may not use it for this type of absence. Check the appropriate type of absence is selected (eg sickness) and if still not visible, contact your HR team. You may also see other tabs on the screen relating to return to work interviews, depending on your field configuration. If visible and editable, complete these in line with your organisation's policy. |
In the Book & View Time Off summary view, that absence record will have a tick in the Return to Work Interview Conducted? field
Upload a return to work form
If your return to work forms are completed outside of the system, you can upload them and attach them to the absence. Only one document can be attached to each absence, unless your organisation has changed this setting. Combine documents into one file (for example, a single PDF), or contact your HR team if you need to attach more than one (such as a return to work form and a fit note).
To upload a completed return to work form or other document to an absence, see Absence Documents.
