When managing a case there will be a need to assign a priority to case actions. Within Case Priorities the priority types are set up.
To create Case Priorities
- Go to the following area:
- Latest (left-hand) menu: Case Management > Case Management Configuration > Case Priorities
- Pre 2025 menu: System > Case Management Configuration > Case Priorities
- The screen presented will display the priorities that have been set up
- Click Insert New Record
- Record the outcome Name and Description
- Click Update
