Introduction

There may be occasions where you may need to make a one-off change to the holiday entitlement for an employee, eg change of office location and the provision of time off for moving house.

Making a Manual Holiday Adjustment for an employee

• Ensuring that you have the required employee record in view go to the following area:
  • Latest menu: Holidays & Absence > Absence Summary
  • Pre 2025 menu: People Admin> Time Management> Absence Summary Totals
• The holiday and absence year information will be displayed for the selected
  employee
• Click Change Holiday Entitlement
• The Holiday Entitlement summary for that employee will be displayed
• From here you can change the Holiday Entitlement scheme that the employee is
  on. Change the Holiday BF value and adjust the entitlement
• In the Manual Adjustment field enter the adjustment value and reason as
  required
• Click Update
   

• The total values for that employee will be updated

• The value will also be reflected in the Book & View Time Off and Absence Planner/Calendar summary chart for the employee 

To see the history of manual adjustments

Go to the following area:

• Latest menu: Holidays & Absence > Absence Administration > Holiday Adjustment History
• Pre 2025 menu: People Admin > Time Management > Holiday Adjustment History
