I need to reset my password

If you need to reset your Zendesk password, please follow these steps.

Click on the Sign in link on our support portal.

When the following page appears, enter your email address and the password you think it is.  If you don't remember, just enter a random password

This will then show you the following screen

Click on the get a new password link and enter your email address in the next screen.  You will then be sent a password reset link to your email address.  This link will only last one day so please reset within that time otherwise the link will expire
