Answer

Employees missing from the See who's off - manager team view is usually driven by the selection of employees made.  Managers should have access to the Subsets page for the best search options

How to fix it

• Go to Holidays & Absence > See Who's Off - Manager Team View
• In the top right corner of this page there should be a Subset icon (access to subsets page required)

• The subset option controls the employees you can see on this page
• Managers can extend the manager levels to see further down the hierarchy, to view indirect subordinates as needed

Note: If the subsets button is missing, check the manager's user role permissions to ensure they have access to subsets, via System Configuration > Role Management > [select user] > Pages. Ensure own and subordinate permissions are set to Write Access.
