LMS overview

Ciphr LMS is where employees access their learning, track their progress and build their skills. 

In this overview video, you'll see how learners use My Learning, learning journeys, the Learning Library, workshop booking, mentoring and skills analysis. You'll also see the Team Dashboard for managers, and the reports, Insights dashboards and Rules Engine that administrators use. Because Ciphr LMS uses Ciphr sign-in, employees reach both Ciphr HR and the LMS with a single login.

It's ideal for HR and L&D teams, managers and system administrators who want a quick introduction to what Ciphr LMS can do.
