How do I change the maximum absence booking period?

Answer

The maximum absence booking period controls how far ahead employees can book absence, measured in months. The default setting is 24 months (2 years). You can update this in System Configuration.

How to fix it

1. Go to System Configuration > System Configuration (system administrator licence required)
2. Find Maximum Absence Booking Period.  You an filter on Description or Group (Absence)
3. Update the Value field to your preferred number of months
4. Select Update to save your changes
