2025-3 release (March 2025)

Improved messaging

Settings: ‘Password will not expire’ now displayed if password expiration time left blank
Two Factor Authentication (2FA): ‘Please enter the code displayed in the authentication app’
Users: Where Enabled to date has passed, status will now show Expired rather than Blocked
Display improvements on smaller resolution or zoomed in views

Users: Ability to scroll horizontally across user information
Login: scrollbar no longer appears
Change to required authentication method for all users
- The App method in 2FA is the most secure authentication option, offering strong protection against unauthorised access.
- To maintain the highest level of security, this option is now mandatory and can't be disabled.
Update 1
Enhancements
- Company logo is now displayed on both Sign in and logout screens
- Users:
o New download feature for Sign-in admins to export user details in .xlsx or CSV
o Records can now be deleted from Sign-In Admin - Branding configuration: New accessible ‘Noto’ font
Fixes
- ‘Logoutid is required’ message when logging out, no longer displays
2025-2 release (February 2025)
Enhancements & fixes
- Global admins now have the ability to view and update the sign-in record for other global admins
- Password policy is now shown when a user changes their password from their profile page
- UI improvements in sign-in admin for enabling two-factor authentication for single sign on users
- Customers now have the ability to choose which 2FA methods they want users to be able to configure: ie. email, app, SMS, or a combination of the 3 methods available
- Improvements to the reset password process when an email link has expired. If a reset password email has expired (valid for 24 hours), users will be advised the link has expired and prompted to regenerate a new link
- SAML configuration UI improvements
- Verification emails link error resolved and now signs user into the system as expected
2025-1 release (January 2025)
Enhancements & fixes
- 2FA for SSO users: administrators can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for users signing in via single sign-on (SSO) in global settings
- Azure/Entra SSO users: migrated users with configured Azure/Entra accounts for SSO will no longer receive a welcome email to set a password
- Remember email checkbox fix: the "remember email on this device" checkbox now retains its state correctly through both login screens

Logout behaviour improvement: logging out of the system now logs you out across all active tabs
