Step-by-step guide

In Company Setup > Payslip Settings you can configure different payslip setups for a given combination of the matching rules, with the option to add a company logo.

• Company Name - Replace Company Name on a payslip for a given combination of Pay Frequencies and Analysis Fields.
• Payslip Note - Replace Payslip Note on a payslip for a given combination of Pay Frequencies and Analysis Fields.

Matching rules

• Department Code - only apply these settings to employees with this department code.
• Analysis fields (example Location) - type the analysis field for which you would like to apple these settings.

Match pay runs

• Select the pay frequencies you would like to apple these settings.

Payslip references

Select which of the below you would like to display on the payslips.

• Pay ID
• Employee code
• Department code
• Location

Payslip Logo

Once you add a Payslip Setting, you will have the option to Edit settings, Upload and Delete Logo and Delete settings for the specific group of payslips. You can also + Add settings to create for another group of employees.
