This guide provides advice for your IT team if you find the in-app guidance is not showing in your system.
Overview
The in-app help menu is displayed in the main menu and includes a Resource centre. If this is not displaying it may be due to your organisation working in a restricted environment.
Update allow list
We recommend your IT team add the wildcard entries to the allow list to ensure that content within the on-screen help will be available:
*.pendo.io
*.storage.googleapis.com
