Step-by-step guide
This guide will show you how to view On-The-Job activities as a trainer or user.

Trainer - Viewing On-The-Job activities
A user with Trainer access or above is able to access a user’s On-The-Job activity. This is useful if the On-The-Job activity fields need to be populated or the status changed.
- To view an On-The-Job as a trainer, select Team > Team Management
- Click on the Keywords area and search for the relevant user by typing in their Name, Personal ID, email or using the filters
- Press Enter or select the Magnifying Glass icon
- Click on the three dots to open the Admin Functions menu against the relevant user
- Select View On-the-Job
- Click on the icon to view the Activity Details
- If there is an activity attached to the On-the-Job, select Launch and complete the activity
- Click Close when you have completed the activity
- You now need to enter the trainer details. Click on the Trainer dropdown and select the trainer
- Select the relevant Status from the dropdown
- Enter a Result Date and the Start Date and Time
- Add the Location where the training was held and the Duration
- Enter a Score and Trainer Summary, which can be used for reporting purposes
- Upload any documents and add any comments into the Evidence area
- If you would like to notify the user that a comment has been left, select the Send Notification option
- Click Update
- Finally, select Save Evidence and then Close
User - Viewing On-The-Job activities
To view On-The-Job activities as a user:
- From the menu, navigate to Learning > Learning Library
- Using the filters, select On-The-Job Training from the Training Type list
- Select the required On-The-Job Training from the results
- Click on the Evidence area and add your comments
- Select the Send Notification option if you would like to notify the assigned trainer that the evidence has been submitted
- You can also upload any files as evidence by clicking on the Upload button
- Click Save Evidence
