What is The Employee Portal?
The Employee Portal is your online employee portal that contains all your documents from your employer. You will be able to access the portal at any time from any PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet. Here you can view or download:
- Your payslips
- Your P60s (if applicable)

How do I access The Employee Portal?
You will receive an email invitation from your employer. There will be a link to sign up to the Employee Portal. You will be asked to confirm your date of birth and create a password.
Please see below password requirements:
- Minimum 12 characters,
- At least uppercase character,
- At least lowercase character,
- At least number or symbol,
- Can't be anything obvious - for example your name, your company name, our company name, abcde, 12345 etc.
Once set up, you can log in with your email address and password from the Employee Portal.
What if I forget my password?
You can reset your password by selecting Forgotten Your Password? on the login page. Once in the Employee Portal, you can edit your password within My Account.
What can I view in The Employee Portal?
Payslips
You can view your payslips before or on your payday for each pay period. You will receive an email from your employer to tell you that your payslip is ready to be viewed. All previous payslips from your employer while using our payroll software will also be available.
P60s
A P60 is a document that shows your earnings and tax paid from the previous financial year, from 6th April to 5th April. If your employer was using our payroll software in the previous tax year, you will be able to download your P60s.
What if I haven't received an email?
Check your spam/junk folder and if nothing is there, you need to ask your employer if they have your correct email address. They will also be able to resend you the invitation.
What if I change my email address?
You should contact your employer to make sure they have the correct email address for you and resend you an invite to your new email address.
How is my data stored?
Your data is stored securely on our servers in the UK. All data is encrypted during transit, and sensitive data is encrypted at rest. Our team regularly review our hosting and data storage to ensure Industry best practices are followed and to prevent any unauthorised access.
Who has access to my data?
Your data is created and owned by your employer, who will have granted access to one or more people on their payroll team. Within the Employee Portal, you have your own employee profile which is linked to your email which you password protect.
