This article explains where customers will find their subscription details, payment method and invoices.
Subscription
Go to My Account > Billing to see your billing plan. You can upgrade your subscription plan, or cancel it if you no longer need it. If you start the 30 day free trial, you’ll be invoiced automatically when it ends unless you cancel your subscription.
Payment methods
Subscription payments are taken using Stripe. You can add a card or set up a direct debit. Follow the instructions in Billing to update your payment method.
Billing details
To change the invoice email or address, update your details in Billing.
Invoices
Open the Invoices tab to view and download your invoices as PDFs. When your trial ends, you’ll get an email to say your invoice is available, and payment will be taken a few days later.
