Some Ciphr products send emails on behalf of your domain. For this to work, you need to update your domain's SPF record to authorise us to send on your behalf - otherwise, your email server may block those emails.
How to fix it
Add the following to your domain's SPF record:
include:ciphr247.com
This covers all IP addresses Ciphr uses to send mail.
