RESOLUTION
Safeguarding data can be exported using the Safeguarding report. There are some filter and subset options which can be used to reduce or increase the number of records that are output. The below will assist if no data is being output from Ciphr HR
Troubleshooting:
Safeguarding – Page Access:
System > System Administration > Role Management > Select the User Role effected (below is the view for each type of use role) > “Pages” tile > use the search functionality to find “Safeguarding” > ensure that the appropriate access has been assigned to the user role to be able to view the page:
Safeguarding Template Permissions:
System > System Administration > Role Management > Select the User Role effected > “Safeguarding Template” tile > ensure that the appropriate access has been assigned to the user role to be able to view the Template:
Safeguarding Template Configuration:
System > Other Module Configuration > Safeguarding Template > “Historic Tab”. If the Template the employee can’t access is in this menu, it means it isn’t enabled. You can re-enable this by click into the template > switch on the “Enabled” slider:
Safeguarding Configuration:
System > Other Module Configuration > Safeguarding Template > Click into the Safeguarding Template. In the lower half of this form, you will see the list of fields included in the Safeguarding template:
Locate the column called “Include in Report”. If there is a tick box, the field will be included. If there is a cross, the field will be excluded.
To amend the value, click into the column and a slider will appear – you can toggle this slider on/off.
Once a selection has been made, click Update
Safeguarding Report:
Reporting > Specialist Reports > Safeguarding:
1 - Select the subset of employees – this can be carried out by clicking the “Subset” icon in the top right of your screen:
2 – You can either choose to click the “Export” button at this point which will provide you with ALL safeguarding data OR select a specific category and field:
