If you are unable to see a specific Payments Type, the below guidance can help you.
Payment Page Access Check:
System > Security > Role Management > Select the User Role effected (below is the view for each type of use role) > “Pages” tile > use the search function to search for “Payments” > ensure that the appropriate access has been assigned to the user role to be able to view the page:
Payment Code Restriction Check:
System > System Administration > Code Tables > Job and Pay – Payments > Click into the Payment effected > “Payment Details” Tab. In the form you will see a field called “Restriction”. The values in the dropdown are below:
- No Restrictions – All user types to see and insert
- Read Only, Except HR – Only HR Users can insert this review type, Manager and Normal User can read
- HR Only – Access only available to HR Users
Once a restriction has been set, click Update
Payment Code Multi Entity Check:
Personal Data > Job, Pay & Reward Information > Job and Pay > Click into the employee’s current Job and Pay Record. Make a note of the value in the “Multi Entity” field:
System > System Administration > Code Tables > Job and Pay – Payments > filter to the Payment effected and click the “Mutli Entity” button. From this form, you will be able to amend the access for the entity:
Once selected, click Update.
