If a letter is missing from the Communication option, the below guidance can assist with troubleshooting and rectifying the issue.
User Role Check:
System > Security > Role Management > Click into user role effected > “Letters” tile. From this form, ensure the role has been given access to the letter by selecting the “Accessible” option:
Once selected, click Review Changes
Letter Configuration Check:
Letters > Letter Store > Click into the Letter effected > “Edit Properties” tile.
1 – Ensure the “Enable” slider has been selected – this determines if the letter is in use or not:
