RESOLUTION
If you are unable to see a specific letter in the letter store, the below guidance will allow you to troubleshoot and fix this problem.
Troubleshooting:
User Role Page Access Check:
System > Security > Role Management > Select the User Role effected > “Pages” tile > use the search function to search for “Letter Store” > ensure that the appropriate access has been assigned to the user role to be able to view the page:
User Role Letter Access Check:
System > Security > Role Management > Click into user role effected > “Letters” tile. From this form, ensure the role has been given access to the letter by selecting the “Accessible” option:
