DEFECT-8543	Job Questions: Answers now successfully moved to the Applicants Dashboard General Comments when moving a candidate to a different role
DEFECT-8026	Application Form: Special characters in a text field will no longer cause an XML Validation Error in the Recruiters Portal
	Optional Functionality
PROD-6267	Vacancy Poster Integration: Jobs sent to Vacancy Poster that contain links will no longer break the Vacancy Poster job html. The fix only applies to new Jobs that are published after the update
