This help guide will show you how to configure Employee Sentiment options.

Introduction
Capturing Employee Sentiment enables you to track how your team is doing and enables you to hone in on anyone that may be struggling for whatever reason. How the sentiment ratings appear and the frequency that employees are asked are aspects that can be configured.
If Employee Sentiment has been enabled then on logging into Ciphr users will be presented with the ability to click on a button indicating how they feel.
To change the rating images and the polling frequency
- Go to the following area:
• Latest menu: System Configuration > System Configuration
• Pre 2025 menu: System > General System Configuration > System Configuration - The screen will display a list of aspects of the system that can be configured as required
- Filter the Group column to locate the configurable items related to Employee Sentiment
- Change the Interval Days as required for how long you want to wait before the tool will pop up again after a user has submitted a response
- You can change the images for the different faces by clicking on the item and amending the Value
Note: The Value should be a web address link to the image which must be less than 100 characters. |
Changing the example above will display the new image to represent ‘very good’. You may need to clear your cache if the picture does not display immediately.
